Who we are

IRIDESENSI is a digital creative studio. This policy explains what personal data this website handles and why. Questions about it can be sent to iridesensi.co@gmail.com.

What we collect

What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the service, timeline and budget range you choose, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to scope a possible project.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use this data to identify you.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell your data.

The contact form

Messages from the form are delivered through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which passes them to our email inbox. Your submission therefore travels through their service, and their privacy policy applies to that step. Nothing is stored on this website itself.

If you prefer, you can skip the form and write directly to iridesensi.co@gmail.com.

Cookies and similar storage

We only use storage that remembers which language you read the site in. It does not track you and is not shared with anyone.

iri-lang is set when you choose a language in the footer. It stores en or id and lasts one year. A copy is kept in your browser's local storage under the same name, so your choice is respected even if cookies are blocked.

iri-geo is set by our host to show Indonesian pages to visitors in Indonesia and English to everyone else. It stores en or id and expires after 30 minutes. The country is read from your IP address by the host and is not stored by us.

A short-lived entry called iri-auto in your browser's session storage prevents the site from redirecting you to another language more than once per visit. It disappears when you close the tab.

You can delete these at any time in your browser settings. The site works without them; you will simply be offered the automatic language again.

How long we keep data

Emails and form messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, to keep a record of the project. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Write to iridesensi.co@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where Indonesian law applies, this includes the rights set out in Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
